About Reinventure Capital
Reinventure Capital focuses on US-based companies led by founders who are Black, Indigenous, people of color, or women — founders we believe have been systematically undervalued by traditional venture capital and who have consistently delivered superior risk-adjusted returns in our portfolio. We look for post-seed companies positioned to grow profitably.
Our Investment Criteria
To make sure we’re the right fit for each other, we invest in companies that are:
US-based
Headquartered in the United States.
BIPOC and or Women-Led
Led by founders who are Black, Indigenous, people of color, or women — founders we believe have been systematically undervalued by traditional venture capital and who have consistently delivered superior risk-adjusted returns in our portfolio.
Early-Growth Stage
Typically post-seed or Series A with at least $1.5M in annual revenue.
Fragmented or Shifting Industries
Serving industries experiencing fragmentation or significant shifts, addressing clear market needs.
Expected Profitability
Demonstrating potential to achieve consistent month-over-month profitability within 12 months post-investment.
Growth Potential
Capable of delivering a 4x or greater increase in value within four years.
Leadership
Willing to provide a board or observation seat; we prefer to lead fundraising rounds.
